What is a Building Performance Expert?
Separating ourselves from other construction and service companies, we go beyond typical building standards and beyond building codes, by evaluating a building based on its performance as an integrated system. In short, we ensure all components of a building work together and complement each other.
The key to being a Building Performance Expert is a commitment to verified results. We use prescriptive modeling, provide solution-based consulting during construction and then we test to ensure the performance objectives are met for your project.
